  This business needs to hire people that can add and call people back. This place took like almost 2 weeks to let my daughter know she wasn't approved. They told her she needed this and that and she deliver everything they asked.And almost 2 weeks later,because they don't count her unemployment they said she don't have the money to cover her bills.Well she makes over 30,000.00 a year and she is a seasonal worker but a responsible mother that takes care of 3 children by her self and pays her bills up for the year.So I would really think about it before you use this company to help you find a place to go.This place lefted my daughter and granchildren now without a place to move to now that she has to be out of her at other place by the 1st of February. Y'all suck ,y'all are not responsible,leave people on the phone for 30 minutes or longer just so they would hang up and you don t have to speak to them.So when you can't get answer on the phone either go up there to find out what is going on or that just means you are not approved.
